When Grammarly rebranded to Superhuman and absorbed multiple acquisitions in rapid succession, their two-person social team went from managing 4 handles to 28 almost overnight. One wrong message during a sensitive acquisition announcement could have derailed the entire rebrand.

This customer story follows Justin and Maggie, the social leads who navigated that chaos using Sprout's Premier Success and Employee Advocacy programs. On rebrand launch day they drove a 205% increase in overall social shares, including over 200 shares from employees alone.

The writing challenge was translating a complex enterprise software story into something human. Two people, one impossible situation, and the tools that helped them move like a team three times their size.
